How The Live Station Works

When you book our wood-fired pizza station, we take over the cooking so you can focus on the party. Our uniformed chefs handle everything:

  • The Oven: We bring our portable hybrid stone ovens that hit the high temperatures needed for that authentic crisp.
  • The Dough: We stretch and top every pizza on-site. No pre-made bases here.
  • The Menu: You pick 3 Vegetarian and 3 Non-Vegetarian pizzas from our Soho or Queens lineup. Whether you want the classic Neapolitan soft-and-charred style or our NY Thin crispy base, we execute it fresh.
  • The Service: We run a 3-hour active firing session. Guests get unlimited slices, and we handle the cleanup.
