We bring the entire production to your venue. If you book our Signature Italian Spread, you get live pasta stations where we prepare handmade options like penne, spaghetti, or ravioli with your choice of four sauces. The highlight is always the cheese wheel toss—it is messy, theatrical, and guaranteed to get people talking.
For those who want something with more smoke, our Global Gourmet package adds a live BBQ station. We grill Louisiana Chicken, prawns, and cottage cheese right on-site.
