This is how we make fitness fun. Kids at Evolution Academy go through a dynamic agility course using hoops and cones to improve their speed and coordination.

An obstacle course is a great way to challenge kids physically and mentally. This circuit includes running, jumping, crawling, and rolling.

This drill is all about balance and explosive power. Students practice jumping through a hoop while maintaining their balance on a BOSU ball.

Agility ladder drills are a staple in our fitness classes. They are excellent for improving footwork, speed, and concentration.
