Daily Intensive Weight Loss Bootcamp
Training Format
- Frequency: 6 days a week coaching access (Morning or Evening slots).
- Workout Logic: Daily rotating formats including HIIT, Tabata, Circuit Training, and S&C to prevent monotony.
- Supervision: Group setting with approximately 1 trainer per 10-15 participants for form correction.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Dietary Support: Standardized fat-loss nutrition charts provided in PDF format (Veg/Non-Veg options).
- Progress Monitoring: Bi-weekly weight and inch-loss measurement sessions.
- Performance Tracking: Periodic transformation challenges to track fitness milestones.

- Studio Environment: Fully air-conditioned floor with hygiene-maintained EVA foam mats.
- Functional Gear: Access to sleds, trap bars, battle ropes, plyometric boxes, and agility ladders during sessions.
- Amenities: Basic changing rooms and restroom access.
Boxing & Kickboxing Fitness Module
Schedule & Structure
- Timings: 3 sessions per week (Mon, Wed, Fri), typically 90 minutes per class.
- Drill Types: Combination of shadow boxing, heavy bag striking, and partner focus mitt drills.
- Conditioning: Bodyweight exercises like pushups and burpees interwoven between striking rounds.
Equipment & Gear
- Striking Stations: Usage of 4-5 ft hanging heavy bags, tear-drop bags, and wall-mounted pads.
- Gear Policy: Access to studio boxing gloves and shin guards provided; personal hand wraps recommended.
Class Focus
- Skill Level: Fitness-oriented boxing focusing on stance, footwork, and mechanics.
- Safety: Non-contact format with no hard sparring sessions.
Annual Gym Access & S&C Membership
Accessibility
- Open Gym: Unlimited entry Monday through Saturday (6:00 AM to 9:00 PM) for independent workouts.
- Class Inclusion: Access to scheduled Group Strength & Conditioning batches focusing on muscle endurance.
- Location: Primary access to the specific registered branch.
Equipment Profile
- Resistance: Full usage of dumbbells (up to 30kg+), barbells, squat racks, and cable machines.
- Cardio: Access to treadmills and air bikes.
Member Support
- Floor Supervision: General trainer presence for spotting assistance (non-personal coaching).
- Onboarding: Includes one initial consultation for diet and workout structure upon signup.

- Kota folks, we’ve got Dance Fitness like Zumba and Aerobics at our branch there too.
The 6-Week Challenge

My Story
We started Evolution Academy in Kundapura because, honestly, why not have a place where everyone—fighters, kids, parents—can hustle and grow? I’m not just a coach, I fight too. Won bronze for Udupi in my boxing debut, so yeah, I walk the talk. The real win isn’t medals, it’s seeing our students smash their goals, parents cheering, and the whole community coming together. Good workout, happy faces, my dog at the end—life’s sorted.
