Kids have endless energy. We help them channel it. At Evolution Academy, we replace screen time with real-world coordination, strength, and confidence using proven boxing and agility drills.

Our kids' cardio kickboxing classes are all about movement and fun. Here, a young student learns basic boxing defense and practices on the pads with me.

From shadow boxing to heavy bag work, our students learn proper boxing technique, building coordination and power in every session.

It's never too early to start. Our youngest student is learning the basics of boxing, from agility drills to one-on-one pad work with the coach.

Whether it is our Saturday high-energy circuit or the mid-week technical batches, every student learns proper stance, how to manage distance, and how to throw a punch correctly on the heavy bag and focus mitts.
