Our martial arts and fitness program for kids is about more than just exercise. We teach discipline, respect, and confidence through dynamic activities like push-ups, box jumps, and kata practice.
Kids in our program learn the basics of boxing and martial arts while improving their agility with ladder drills. We make fitness fun and engaging for the younger generation.

About Fitness for Kids & Teens
Our kids' programs are not about mindless play or participation trophies. We use specific boxing drills, karate movements, and agility exercises to burn energy and build actual discipline. Every session focuses on teaching your child correct form, respect for the sport, and the grit to push through challenges, whether they are on the mats or facing pressure at school.
Building Foundation, Not Just Stamina
At Evolution Academy, we treat youth fitness with the same seriousness as athlete training. Children have incredible potential, but they often lack the right environment to channel it. We move away from generic games and focus on structured, technique-based training.
What We Teach
- Boxing & Kickboxing Mechanics: We teach kids the basics of stance, movement, and coordination. This helps them understand their own body, improves their focus, and builds confidence in a non-contact, safe setting.
- Karate & Discipline: Traditional martial arts values meet modern functional training. Students learn self-defense alongside the discipline required to master kata and strikes.
- Agility & Conditioning: Using ladders, plyometric boxes, and speed drills, we make sure they develop physical literacy. These movements translate directly to better performance in school sports and overall health.

Our Kundapura and Kota studios feature professional-grade mats and are designed to be safe environments where kids can fall, learn, and try again without worry.
