Our sessions use a non-contact format, meaning you work the heavy bags and mitts to perfect your stance and punch mechanics without the risk of sparring. It is the most effective way I know to get your heart rate up, burn serious calories, and walk out feeling like you actually accomplished something.

How We Train

At Evolution Academy, we treat fitness like a discipline. Our boxing and kickboxing module is not just a workout; it is a skill-building experience. Each 90-minute session is structured to ensure you get a full-body burn while learning proper mechanics.

  • Technique First: We start with the basics, teaching you proper stance, footwork, and how to throw a punch safely. You will learn to work the pads and the heavy bags, not just flail around.
  • Conditioning: Between the striking rounds, we mix in bodyweight exercises like burpees, pushups, and high-intensity interval training. This keeps your heart rate elevated and maximizes fat loss.
