One common mistake in group training is losing the personal touch, but we fix that. With a trainer-to-member ratio of 1:15, you get direct form correction on every barbell squat or trap bar deadlift. We do not just count reps here; we ensure your technique is safe and effective so you actually build strength instead of just getting tired.
