Martial arts is about more than just fighting. It is about confidence, focus, and building a foundation that lasts a lifetime. From age 4, we help our little ones find their inner strength through Taekwondo.

About Little Warriors: Kids Classes (Ages 4+)

At XMF, we don't just teach kicks and punches. We build character. Whether your child is 4 or 14, our sessions are a careful mix of intense discipline and engaging drills, because kids learn best when they are challenged but having a great time. We blend traditional ITF Taekwondo with calisthenics, ensuring they develop functional agility and strength that helps them in sports and at school.

Building Champions, One Belt at a Time

Martial arts isn't just a sport for the kids who join XMF. It is a journey. We focus on the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) syllabus, guiding students from white belt basics to advanced forms, sparring, and flying kicks. Our program is designed to keep them interested and motivated, which is why we celebrate every milestone, from passing a grading exam to being named 'Student of the Month.'

Why Parents Choose XMF

  • Inclusivity & Safety: We welcome kids from age 4. Our environment is safe, supportive, and we have female instructors available for parents who prefer that guidance for their daughters.
  • Versatile Training: We train in open-air environments like Lalbagh or Tavarekere Park, and in functional indoor studios across Bangalore including Jayanagar, Basavanagudi, and Frazer Town. This helps kids stay connected with nature while learning.
  • Full-Body Development: About 30 to 40% of our class time is dedicated to calisthenics, stretching, and agility drills. This keeps their energy high and builds natural, functional strength.

How We Train

We don't do cookie-cutter classes. We understand that every child has a different pace. Our instructors focus on form correction and consistency. Whether it is learning how to hold a fighting stance or mastering coordination on the monkey bars during warm-ups, we make sure they feel like they are improving every single time they step on the mat. We are building a community where kids, teens, and adults train together, fostering respect and discipline that carries over into their daily lives. If you are looking for a place where your child will learn to turn setbacks into comebacks, you are in the right place.
