- Wrapping: Secure packaging using transparent cellophane or color-coordinated netting.
Materials & Decor
- Base: Rental of wicker baskets, cane trays, or embellished steel plates.
- Accents: Ribbons, stone lace, and artificial flower buds.
- Specialty: Inclusion of miniature dolls dressed in traditional sarees on select trays.
Haldi Ceremony & Urli Setup
Backdrop Decor
- Draping: Bright fabric drapes in Yellow, Pink, or Orange on an 8x8ft truss.
- Hangings: Rajasthani embroidered umbrellas, tassels, or dreamcatchers.
Ritual Area
- Centerpiece: 3-4ft diameter Brass Urli for the ritual seating.
- Seating: Wooden stools or Mudda placed near the Urli.
- Flooring: Artificial green grass mat to protect the venue floor.
Floral Detail
- Arrangement: Loose marigold petals inside the Urli and garlands framing the backdrop.
- Props: Brass pots stacked with flowing flowers.

- Top Border: Traditional Mango leaf string (Toran) across the lintel.

- Design: Choice of artificial green grass wall with fresh floral borders or a traditional marigold checkerboard pattern.

- Seating: 1 Gold-finish throne chair or a 2-seater sofa.
- Tradition: 2 Brass lamps (Kuthu Vilakku) and cradle decoration (for Naming Ceremonies).

I handle decor for all types of traditional and cultural ceremonies. Whether it's a Seemantha (baby shower), naming ceremony, Haldi, half-saree function, or Gruhapravesam (housewarming), I make sure each event looks and feels special. My focus is always on details that make your family traditions stand out.

How I Work
I mostly use fresh flowers like malli poo (tuberose), roses, and chrysanthemums. Love weaving in coconut leaves, sometimes go for a checkerboard floral backdrop, or even a simple green wall with hanging lights if you want something modern. Tell me your ideas and I'll try to make it happen.
Real Talk
I keep things budget-friendly and don't mind experimenting with new styles. If you want only the seer plates or just a backdrop, that's fine too. Sometimes, the weather messes with fresh flowers, or last-minute changes pop up, but I always do my best to fix things up on the go.
