Centerpiece Setup
- Cradle Decor: Complete floral wrapping of the family cradle or rented wooden cradle using dense strings of Jasmine (Mallige) and Rose intertwined with mango leaves.
- Backdrop: An 8ft x 8ft setup featuring either a fresh woven banana leaf/coconut frond 'Green Wall' or a fabric drape with a traditional floral border.
- Lighting: 2 LED PAR cans to spotlight the main cradle area.
Traditional Props
- Brassware: 2 tall Brass Lamps (Kuthu Vilakku, 3ft height) flanking the backdrop and 1 Brass Uruli with floating flowers.
- Floral Details: Semi-circle floral rangoli at the base using marigold petals and chrysanthemums.
Entrance & Logistics
- Door Decor: A standard single-layer floral toran (Marigold and mango leaves) for the main entrance.
- Service: Includes transport within city limits, same-day setup, and teardown.
Banquet Hall Stage & Seemantham Decor
Stage Configuration (16-20ft Width)
- Thematic Backdrop: Options include a 'Pichwai Style' printed canvas with lotus motifs or Traditional Fabric drapes in Kanjeevaram colors (Pink/Orange/Yellow) with hanging Tuberose tassels.
- Seating: A traditional Wooden Swing (Jhula/Oonjal) decorated with floral creepers OR a heavy traditional gold/wood sofa set.
- Flooring: Printed vinyl carpet for the center stage area to match the theme.
Floral & Prop Styling
- Stage Props: 2 Large Brass Urulis with water and floating flowers plus 2 clusters of tall brass lamps.
- Ceiling: A localized floral chandelier or hanging trellis of jasmine strings suspended directly above the seating.
- Walkway: 6 Brass stands/pots with fresh floral bunches lining the aisle.
Entrance & Welcome
- Main Arch: A 3-sided floral frame for the hall entrance using a Marigold and foliage mix.
- Signage: Personalized wooden or chalkboard easel stand with a heavy floral bunch.

Grand Stage Production
- Signature Floral Wall: A dense, solid wall (approx 10ft x 10ft) made entirely of fresh flowers (Solid Marigold/Rose or Ombre effect).
- Thematic Elements: Integration of custom 3D cutouts (Peacock figures, Venkateshwara/Balaji motifs, or Lotus structures).
- Ceiling Installation: 'Rain' effect floral hangings featuring thousands of Tuberose/Jasmine strings or Lotus bud suspensions covering the stage ceiling.
Antique Curation
- Premium Props: Usage of heavy antique brass items, traditional wooden pillars, and large temple bells.
- Furniture: Premium velvet ornate sofas or a grand decorated Swing.
- Finish: Full stage masking with custom printed flex/vinyl or traditional carpets.
Guest Zones
- Photo Booth: A separate, fully decorated photo op corner (e.g., floral cycle rickshaw or Marigold frame).
- Grand Entrance: A massive temple-style floral archway at the venue entrance.
- Signage: Multiple directional signs and a grand welcome board matching the main theme.

Why I Love Traditional Decor
I’ve always felt that family rituals and cultural events deserve more than just standard decorations. My team and I put our heart into every event, making sure it feels personal, warm, and full of character. No two families are the same, so I don’t believe in cookie-cutter setups either.
Our Style & Approach
- I like to mix old-world charm with a bit of a fresh, sometimes quirky twist
- South Indian floral decoration is our jam - expect loads of fresh marigolds, roses, tuberose, and jasmine everywhere you look
- We use banana plants, woven coconut leaves, kuthu vilakku (brass lamps), and sometimes even urulis to give that authentic vibe
- If you want something unique, I love bringing in Pichwai art event decor or themes inspired by deities like Krishna or Ganesha
Types of Events We Decorate
- Seemantham (traditional baby showers) with peacock or Krishna themes
- Traditional cradle ceremony setup (thottilu), decked up with layered garlands and flowers
- Saree & Dhoti ceremonies, full of festive energy and bold, happy colours
- Anything else with a strong cultural touch, really - just ask!
What You’ll Notice
- Backdrops: Could be dense floral walls, woven leaf mats, or traditional art prints
- Props: Brass vessels, temple bells, statues - all those little things that make the space feel grand and familiar
- Eco-friendly cultural event styling on request - I try to avoid plastics and love using natural materials
