Outdoor & Festive Decoration
I transform open spaces into festive spots with colorful drapes, hanging marigolds, and traditional arches. Whether it is a festival or an outdoor ceremony in Bengaluru, I make sure the setup looks great.

About Outdoor & Festive Decor
Outdoor setups need to handle Bengaluru’s weather while keeping the festive vibe. I focus on sturdy marigold garlands and lightweight fabric canopies that look vibrant but stay in place. I always aim to finish the setup 2-3 hours early so you can focus on your guests while I make sure everything is perfect.
Setting up outdoors means accounting for more than just the look. I have learned to work with natural elements, using fresh flowers like marigolds and tuberose that add color without wilting instantly. For outdoor ceremonies, I create custom archways using banana stems and traditional mango leaf torans, which bring that authentic feel to any venue.
I also use bright fabric strips and hanging umbrellas to define smaller areas within larger gardens or rooftops. This approach works well for festivals, Mundan ceremonies, or simple outdoor gatherings where you want a festive zone without needing a full stage build.
Things to consider:
- Weather: If we are working in an open space, I account for wind and light. We choose fabrics that can handle a bit of breeze.
- Timing: I prefer setting up at least 2 to 3 hours before guests arrive to ensure the fresh flowers and drapes are settled.
- Budget: You do not need a massive budget to make an outdoor space look festive. Often, using the natural greenery of the location combined with strategic hanging decor creates a much warmer atmosphere than a heavy, artificial setup.
If you have a specific outdoor space in mind, let me know. I can suggest what will work best based on the light and available structures.
