Indoor Room Surprise Setup
Backdrop & Structure
- One 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft backdrop structure (Ring or Rectangular).
- Sheer curtains or shimmer wall sequin panels as base layer.
- L-shaped organic garland using 200-250 high-quality latex balloons (pastel or metallic).
- Includes 4-5 foil accents (Hearts/Stars) or 10% Chrome balloons.
Lights & Signage
- One rental neon message sign (Choices: Marry Me, Happy Anniversary, Better Together).
- Up to 3 LED Marquee initials (e.g., R & M) placed on the floor.
- 1 LED focus light and 2 fairy light strands.
Props & Details
- Set of 3 cylinder plinths for placing cake or gifts.
- 500g fresh rose petals or 20 loose balloons scattered on the floor.
- Includes transport, setup (2 hours), and dismantling.
Signature Floral Heart & Walkway
The Heart Arch
- 8-foot tall freestanding metal heart structure.
- Fully covered in high-density artificial silk flowers (Standard White & Green or Red Roses).
- Hanging neon sign (Will You Marry Me? or Better Together) suspended in the center.
The Walkway
- 15-20 foot aisle leading to the heart structure.
- Lined with 25-30 flameless LED pillar candles in glass cylinder vases.
- Path covered with approx. 2kg of fresh rose petals.
Entrance & Logistics
- Wooden easel stand with personalized foam board welcome print.
- 2-3 vintage lanterns placed at the walkway start.
- Includes heavy transport, labor, and breakdown. Venue rental is not included.
