Essential Home & Pooja Decor
Scope of Work
- Entrance Decor: Main door frame styling using single or double lines of fresh Marigold (Genda) garlands and Mango leaf Torans.
- Pooja Unit: Decoration of the internal deity area or pooja room door with a small floral frame or hanging garlands.
- Materials: Strictly fresh local flowers (Marigold, Chrysanthemums/Sewanti) and natural foliage.
Specifications
- Duration: Setup takes 2 to 3 hours.
- Exclusions: No printed backdrops, seating, artificial structures, or heavy lighting.
- Tear down: Client manages disposal as materials are perishable fresh flowers.
Signature Artificial Floral Backdrop
Scope of Work
- Backdrop: Standard 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft structure with satin/chiffon drapes.
- Floral Design: High-density artificial arrangements (Roses, Hydrangeas, Wisteria) in circular rings, hexagons, or arch designs.
- Lighting: 4 to 6 LED par can lights for backdrop illumination.
Furniture & Props
- Seating: Basic 2-seater sofa or couch included.
- Signage: Welcome board on an easel stand.
- Flooring: Standard red or beige carpet for the stage area.
- Note: 90% visual similarity to reference images; flowers are primarily high-quality artificial blooms.
Themed Traditional Decor (Pichwai / Haldi)
Scope of Work
- Backdrop: Large format printed canvas or flex featuring traditional art (Pichwai cows, Krishna motifs) or vibrant Haldi drapes.
- Centerpiece: Decorated Swing (Jhula) for Haldi/Mehndi or a decorated Cradle (Thottilu) for naming ceremonies.
- Props: Use of brass Urulis, Samai lamps, wooden cow cutouts, and Rajasthani umbrellas.
Specifications
- Floral Mix: Artificial structures blended with fresh Jasmine strings and Marigold borders for scent and authenticity.
- Entrance: Matching welcome board and a simple floral arch or drape at the venue entry.
- Seating: Gadda or cushion seating arrangements included.
Grand Wedding Mandap & Reception Stage
Scope of Work
- Stage Size: Coverage for standard 20ft to 30ft width stages.
- Structure: Heavy trussing for overhead floral ceilings (hanging wisteria/orchids) or temple-style pillars.
- Furniture: Premium high-back Gold/Silver chairs or ornate royal sofa for the couple.
Detailed Components
- Entrance: Grand entrance arch matching the main stage theme.
- Walkway: Aisle decor with matching floral stands or props leading to the stage.
- Material: Primarily high-grade artificial flowers for volume; fresh flowers used selectively on the Mandap Havana Kunda and couple seating.
- Lighting: Comprehensive setup with Par cans and focus lights.

- I have a soft spot for traditional Indian themes, especially Pichwai themed wedding backdrops. The art, the colours, the feeling it brings - nothing beats it.
- South Indian flower garland decorations? We do them with fresh or artificial blooms, adding banana leaves, brass lamps, and Marapachi Bommai dolls to give that real, homely touch.
- We don't just do weddings. From Seemantha baby shower decor to Satyanarayana pooja setups, I make sure each event gets its own vibe.
How We Work
- You bring your Pinterest dreams, I help figure out what fits your space and budget.
- If you say okay, we’ll do a quick site visit (recce) if needed, just to be sure.
- My team does the heavy lifting - transport, setup, and all-night work if that's what it takes.
