- Fruit Arrangements: Premium grade fresh fruits including Apples (Washington/Fuji), Pomegranates (Bhagwa), Oranges (Nagpur/Imported), and Yelakki Bananas. Includes signature Stone-Studded Pineapples (2 count) decorated with bindis and beads.
- Dry Fruit & Sweet Trays: High-quality Cashews, Almonds, and Raisins displayed in crystal/glass bowls or sectioned trays. Traditional sweets like Laddus, Kaju Katli, or Mysore Pak arranged in geometric patterns.
- Auspicious Elements: Decorated Coconuts (Kobbari) with the event name or couple's name written in calligraphy/glitter work. Betel leaves and nuts (Thamboola) arrangement. Bangle display stand (tiered) for Seemantham events.
Hardware & Presentation
- Stands & Trays: Usage of traditional 3-tier German Silver/Gold-coated stands or modern clear Acrylic boxes (based on selection).
- Hygiene & Aesthetics: Fruits are individually wrapped in high-quality net fabric (tulle) with satin ribbon rosettes to ensure hygiene and visual uniformity.
- Floral Accents: Fresh rose petals and loose jasmine (Mallige) scattered on the base of the trays for fragrance and traditional look.
Service Elements
- On-Site Setup: Professional arrangement by the team at the venue 2 to 3 hours prior to the event.
- Transport: Safe transportation of pre-arranged fragile items to the venue within Bangalore limits.

Thematic Backdrop & Stage
- Dimensions: Standard 8x8 ft to 10x8 ft backdrop suitable for home halls or banquet stages.
- Floral Work: A decorative floral header (top border) using a mix of fresh Marigolds/Sewanthi and high-quality artificial fillers for volume. Includes hanging floral strings (latkans) or jasmine strings on the sides.
- Draping: Dual-layer fabric draping in traditional colors (Yellow/Green, Pink/White) using satin or shimmer cloth.
- Centerpiece Prop: Custom foam board name cutout (e.g., Baby Name) or a creative "Lotus Open/Close" mechanical prop for naming ceremonies.
Storytelling Props (Gombe)
- Thematic Dolls: Inclusion of one premium set of traditional dolls (Mysore Gombe style) relevant to the event (Mother-to-be set or Cradle with Krishna).
- Animal Figurines: 2 large Peacock or Elephant props (thermocol or fiber) placed on either side of the stage.
Furniture & Lighting
- Seating: 1 Premium Throne Chair (Gold or Silver finish with velvet upholstery) or a Love-Seat for couples.
- Illumination: 4 to 6 LED PAR lights to wash the backdrop in warm colors and highlight the stage.
- Flooring: Red or Green carpet for the stage area (approx 100 sq ft).

Grand 'Gruha Pravesha' & Wedding Decor
Entrance & Exterior Decor
- Main Door (Mahadwara): Heavy traditional Toran made of fresh Mango leaves and Marigold/Chrysanthemum garlands. Full-length banana stems (Baale Kandha) tied to the pillars/doorframe.
- Welcome Board: Easel stand with a floral-framed welcome board (Custom print with family name).
- Rangoli Area: Floral Rangoli (Pookalam) at the entrance threshold.
Main Ceremony Area (Chappara Style)
- Canopy Setup: A traditional 'Chappara' feel created using fabric drapes and hanging floral strings (Mallige/Jasmine) to create a divine enclosure.
- Deity Altar: Elaborate decoration for the Lakshmi/Ganesha puja area with dense fresh flower framing and pedestal arrangements.
- Backdrop: 10x12 ft or larger backdrop with heavy floral density (Carnations, Roses, Orchids) and Housewarming specific props (Keys, Kalasha motifs).
Household Touches
- Kitchen Sanctification: Simple yet classy floral garlands for the stove area and kitchen entrance (for the milk boiling ceremony).
- Passage & Staircase: Small floral bunches tied to railings or floating candle pots (Urli) with flowers in corners.

- Plate Decor: The 'Premium' tier of the plate decoration (25+ plates) with acrylic stands and upgraded dry fruit quantities.
- Furniture: Seating arrangement for the couple/owners (Throne or traditional wooden swing if available).

Decorating for traditional functions is more than a job for me - it's about making your special moments feel divine and homely. After setting up for over 700 events, I still get a kick every time someone says "tumba chennagide" (really nice). That makes the long hours worth it.

- Naming Ceremony (Namakarana): Decorated cradles, unique signs, and creative doll scenes showing a child’s journey.
- House Warming (Gruha Pravesha): Authentic housewarming setup with chappara, kitchen and door decor, plus deity arrangements.
- Engagements, Half-Saree and more: I always tweak the theme for your occasion.

Hi, ellarigu namaskara! We started 21 Plate Decoration in Bengaluru, just wanting to make celebrations look and feel special. Four years, 700+ events, and still loving every bit. Waking up before sunrise, driving crazy distances, all for that one moment when someone says, 'Idu tumba chennagide' (this is so beautiful). That’s the best part. Old traditions, new ideas, every event feels like a new chapter with flowers, dolls, and our plates.
