Every experiment starts with a simple question. Discover the curiosity, nature-inspired art, and the personal journey that built this experimental space.

Hi, I'm Kruthika. In this video, I share a little about what 'En Madtidiya' is: an experimental platform to create and learn with nature, and to celebrate our beautiful Indian art forms.

I was so honored to receive the MSME Handcrafters Award. This journey wouldn't be possible without the support of this wonderful community, and I'm filled with gratitude.

My hands, stained blue from a day of working with indigo. For me, creating with my hands is the most authentic way to express myself and connect with the natural materials I love.

Another photo from the awards night. This recognition means so much to me and fuels my passion for sharing the magic of handmade, sustainable crafts.

On stage receiving the MSME Handcrafters Award. It was a truly special and humbling moment in my journey as a nature artist and educator.

A candid shot from the awards ceremony. I am so grateful for the encouragement and support that has helped me turn my passion into my profession.

A close-up of the 'Woman of Inspiration' award. It serves as a beautiful reminder to keep creating, learning, and sharing my love for nature and art.

Holding my award. This is a celebration of not just my work, but of all the traditional artisans and the rich heritage of Indian handicrafts.

About The Story of En Madtidiya

When I first started, my dyeing experiments were just messy kitchen projects that left my mother asking, "En Madtidiya?" (What are you doing?). That playful, slightly chaotic curiosity is exactly what I bring to every workshop today. I don't believe in rigid rules or perfect outcomes; I believe in showing up, getting your hands stained with natural indigo or crushed marigolds, and finding calm in the process. My goal is to make art accessible, teaching you to see the potential in kitchen waste and fallen flowers rather than just buying new materials.
