My Journey with Art: The Philosophy Behind ArtGlow

Art is more than just paint on canvas—it is healing, expression, and my identity. Welcome to my world, where everyone has the power to create.

A look at my artistic vision in action, from painting large murals to creating live at events. Following my heart is what this journey is all about.

I truly believe talent is overrated. What matters more is discipline, practice, and the persistence to keep going, even when you doubt yourself.

A personal moment of reflection. My own journey as an artist started with a teacher who believed in me, and that’s the gift I want to pass on to others.

Knowing that my art can inspire someone or bring them joy gives me a deep sense of purpose. It's what drives me to keep creating and sharing.

I believe that the more you teach, the more you learn about yourself. Sharing my knowledge with these children was a beautiful moment of self-reflection.

A little reel about the life of an artist. It’s a business, it’s a passion, and it’s a whole lot of heart.

Being the 'malkin' of ArtGlow Studio means I wear many hats: artist, marketer, cleaner, and designer. I do it all for the love of my baby, this studio.

For me, dedicating my life to art is a journey of self-discovery. Every brushstroke, every workshop, is a part of that path.

I believe art is a blessing. This video is a small tribute to the gift of creativity in my life.

About My Journey with Art

People often look at my work and ask, 'Yeh toh bas drawing hai na?' (It's just drawing, right?). They don't see the reality of running this studio: I am the artist, the marketer, and the cleaner. When you join a workshop, you aren't just getting a class; you're stepping into the messy, therapeutic process I've built from the ground up.

For the past five years, ArtGlow Studio has been my baby. It is not just about creating art; it is about the surrender and faith required to turn a blank canvas into something meaningful. When I started, I did not have a team. I was mixing 16 kilos of texture paste myself, doubting if I was doing the right thing, and constantly restarting.

Today, I take that same grit and apply it to every workshop I host in Bangalore. Whether we are doing coffee painting, fluid art, or gold foil workshops, my goal is the same: to strip away the pressure of being 'perfect.' If you have ever felt like you 'can't draw,' you are exactly the person I want in my studio. My workshops are designed for the absolute beginner who needs to de-stress. We focus on the process—the texture, the colors, and the act of making something with your hands—rather than the final output.

I handle everything myself. If you book a corporate wellness event or a private home party, I am the one bringing the mobile studio to your space. I bring the floor protection, the paints, and the guidance. I've worked with teams at places like BMW and JW Marriott, but the heart of what I do remains the same: helping people find a moment of peace in their busy lives. This is not just a commercial service; it is a space for healing.

I’m Shruti, the founder of ArtGlow Studio. I wear all the hats here—from the artist designing your mural to the person sweeping the floor after a workshop. I built this studio because I believe art is a form of therapy that belongs to everyone, not just those with 'talent.'
