Muay Thai Strength and Conditioning Classes
Building a fighter's body takes more than gym machines. I focus on raw functional strength, deep flexibility, and the grit required to master the Art of Eight Limbs.
Every session starts with building a solid base. My group classes include classic warm ups like jump rope for endurance and coordinated push up drills for building upper body and core strength.
Flexibility is not optional in martial arts. I make sure every student ends the session with proper stretching techniques to improve mobility for high kicks and reduce the risk of injury.
About Fighter Strength & Conditioning
My training happens in a non-AC, shared studio environment because comfort is the enemy of progress. We use interlocking foam mats and classic equipment like jump ropes and bodyweight circuits to build endurance, not just aesthetics. You are here to learn how to move, defend, and hit with purpose, so expect to be on the floor stretching and working drills from day one.
Functional Strength for the Ring
Muay Thai is about the Art of Eight Limbs, but your legs and arms are only as fast as your core allows. In my classes, we don't lift weights for show. We do calisthenics—pushups, burpees, and lunges—that prepare your body for the rigors of combat. You will spend as much time on flexibility as you do on striking. If your hips are tight, your roundhouse kicks will fail. I personally guide every student through deep stretching routines post-session to ensure you recover faster and move with explosive power.
What to Expect
This is not a typical high-end gym. We train at a shared facility in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. It is a fan-cooled, no-frills setup where the focus is entirely on your technique and output. Whether you sign up for group Muay Thai sessions or one-on-one personal training, you will get constant feedback. I watch your stance, correct your footwork, and push you when you want to quit.
Consistency is Key
I teach men, women, and kids, but the philosophy remains the same: show up and put in the work. Real results come from repetition. You will work the heavy bags to build impact power and run through pad drills to sharpen your timing. If you are serious about building a fighter's physique and mental toughness, bring your water bottle, a towel, and a serious attitude.
