Real Muay Thai Training in Bangalore
See what authentic training looks like. From high-level striking drills to foundational grit for all skill levels, this is how I build fighter confidence.
I train fighters to be sharp, powerful, and precise. This is the level of skill and athleticism we work towards, combining strength with flawless Muay Thai technique.
As Muhammad Ali said, the real work starts when it hurts. I build mental toughness first. This video shows my philosophy in action during pad work and sparring drills.
Technique is everything. Here you can see my students practicing a variety of skills, from powerful high kicks on the pads to defensive blocking in controlled sparring.
Hard work pays off. I train my students to compete and to win, but also to achieve their own personal goals. This shows them demonstrating their flexibility and receiving awards for their dedication.
It is never too early to build discipline and confidence. I provide dedicated Muay Thai training for kids, focusing on fundamental skills like proper stance and power generation on the heavy bag.
A fighter's strength comes from the core. This is not just about fighting, it is about building a body that can handle the pressure with intense conditioning drills like partner-assisted sit-ups.
About Featured
Don't look for a flashy, air-conditioned fitness studio here. My training space in Rajarajeshwari Nagar is for people who want results, not aesthetics. We train on simple mats, focus on heavy bag work, and push through high-intensity conditioning until the technique becomes muscle memory. If you want a place to work hard and learn the actual 'Art of Eight Limbs', this is where you start.
Muay Thai is not just about throwing punches. It is the 'Art of Eight Limbs'—using your fists, elbows, knees, and shins to create a complete striking system.
My classes focus on three things:
- Technique: Before you hit hard, you learn to hit right. We drill your stance, balance, and defensive maneuvering until you can move without thinking.
- Conditioning: A fighter is only as good as their engine. We use skipping, bodyweight circuits, and explosive drills to build practical strength and stamina.
- Flexibility: Tight muscles get injured. We finish every session with deep stretching, ensuring you can land high kicks safely and move fluidly.
We train in a shared, non-AC studio. It gets hot, and that is intentional. You build mental toughness alongside physical capacity. I teach men, women, and kids in the same space, and everyone works to their own limits. Whether you are here for self-defense, competition prep, or just to get stronger, the curriculum remains the same: discipline, repetition, and grit.
