Staying updated with the latest nutritional science helps me bring the most current, effective strategies directly into your family's diet plans.

I was pleased to attend the NutriPediacon 2024, the 2nd Pediatric annual meet held in association with IAPEN and Apollo Hospitals. It was a great opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and discuss the latest insights in pediatric nutrition.

Here I am with my colleagues at the NutriPediacon 2024 conference. Continuous learning is a core part of my practice, ensuring I bring the most up-to-date and effective nutritional strategies to my clients.

About this collection

Science in nutrition moves fast, and staying current is how I keep my advice practical rather than theoretical. By attending professional gatherings like the 2nd Pediatric Annual Meet in association with IAPEN and Apollo Hospitals, I bridge the gap between heavy clinical research and the actual food on your family's table.

Nutrition is not static. When I attend conferences like NutriPediacon, I am not just collecting certificates. I am there to discuss the latest challenges in pediatric health, ranging from picky eating habits to early-stage immunity concerns.

Connecting with specialists at Apollo Hospitals and IAPEN gives me access to evolving perspectives on how children process nutrients compared to adults. This is exactly what informs the plans I build for my clients. If a new study shows a better way to integrate iron-rich foods for a toddler, or if there is a shift in understanding how we approach food allergies, I want to know about it so I can share it with you.

My practice is built on avoiding the 'one-size-fits-all' trap. By constantly learning, I ensure that my 'Junk to Gem' recipe makeovers or my school tiffin charts aren't just based on old data. They are based on current clinical findings. When you work with me, you are getting nutrition advice that is updated, tested, and grounded in real-world pediatric outcomes.
