About Behind the Scenes: Our Kitchen & Team

I personally oversee every plate that leaves our Kalkaji kitchen. We do not use pre-packed masalas or frozen components; everything from our slow-cooked Dal Makhani to our fresh pasta sauces is prepared from scratch using farm-fresh vegetables. When you book us, you get a dedicated team that preps everything on-site, ensuring the last bite tastes as fresh as the first.
