A true fusion creation, my Samosa Cannoli Chaat. A crispy cannoli shell is filled with a savoury samosa mixture and drizzled with yogurt, mint, and tamarind chutneys.

My chaat creations are a feast for the eyes and the palate. These chaat cups are layered with various textures and flavours, topped with sev and fresh coriander, and served with a fun pipette of yogurt.

A healthy and modern take on a classic, my Avocado Bhel Papdi. Crispy papdis are topped with a zesty avocado mash and pomegranate seeds for a refreshing bite.

I love serving classics in new ways. Here, my flavourful Pav Bhaji is served in mini teacups with bite sized pao, making it an easy and elegant appetizer for guests to enjoy.

Chaat is usually a messy affair, but I view it as an art form that brings energy to any gathering. Whether I am assembling my Samosa Cannoli Chaat or crafting a fresh batch of Avocado Bhel Papdi, my focus is on making it interactive and elegant. I handle the entire setup, from the brass-styled counters to the glassware, so you get the bold, tangy flavours you love without any of the usual street-food mess.

The Chaat Corner is my way of bringing the lively spirit of the street into a sophisticated event setting. I do not just put out bowls of food; I create an experience. My live stations are designed to be the focal point of your event, encouraging guests to mingle while they wait for their fresh, piping hot plate.

I have reimagined classic recipes by experimenting with textures and global ingredients. The Avocado Bhel Papdi adds a refreshing, modern touch, while the Samosa Cannoli is always a conversation starter. Hygiene is non-negotiable for me, so every ingredient is sourced fresh, and my team follows strict sanitisation protocols before, during, and after the event.

For my 'Modern Chaat & High-Tea Social' package, I use premium ceramic plates and elegant glassware rather than plastic, ensuring the presentation looks as good as it tastes. I can set up these stations at venues across Delhi NCR, whether you are hosting an intimate birthday party at home or a larger social gathering. My setup is completely modular, allowing me to adapt to different venue sizes and event themes.
