Operating out of my kitchen in Kalkaji, I handle setup and styling across Delhi NCR. Since these platters rely on fresh assembly, I prefer to bring everything ready to plate, so you get the best texture and presentation. I manage the setup, the styling, and the clean breakdown, so you only have to worry about the guest list.
