When you invite us, you don't get a faceless catering agency, you get a crew that takes over your kitchen like it were our own. We manage every bit of the chaos, from the late-night prep in our space to the final plating at your venue, so you can actually be a guest at your own party.
We started this journey with a simple belief: great food isn't just cooked, it's crafted by people who actually care. La Marinate began as a small kitchen in November, and even when the lockdown hit in January, we refused to shut down. We pivoted to deliveries, flipping burgers and packing meals for Gurgaon, all because our team, led by Chef Aman, stuck together. That same 'family first' energy is what we bring to every event we cater today.
Our team is not a collection of hired help. It is a group of chefs, including Sadiq, Sanjay, and Gopal, who share an obsession with flavour. We don't just show up to serve; we do the recces, we source the props, and we handle the setup. Whether we are setting up a 20-foot grazing table or orchestrating a fine-dining plated dinner in your living room, we are there to ensure the food has that signature magic. We handle the heavy lifting, the inventory, the service, and the cleanup, leaving you with nothing to do but talk to your guests. We know that behind every happy party is a team that thrives in the noise of the kitchen, and we love every minute of it.
