There is nothing like a fresh, stone baked pizza. My live pizza station lets guests watch as we craft their pizza to perfection, from adding toppings to pulling it hot from the oven.

My live pasta counter is always a hit. Guests can choose their favourite pasta, sauces, and a variety of fresh vegetable toppings to create their own customized dish, prepared right before their eyes.

At my live BBQ station, our chefs fire up the grill with slow marinated vegetables and paneer. This collage shows some favourites: charred corn, paneer tikka, grilled broccoli, and sweet pineapple.

My live stations are designed to be the heartbeat of your celebration. I focus on creating a sensory experience where the theatre of cooking is just as important as the taste.

When you book a live station with me, you get a fully styled setup. For my chaat counters, I use brass and copper elements topped with fresh marigolds to create an authentic feel. My pasta and pizza stations are fully interactive, allowing guests to choose their toppings, sauces, and spice levels. Whether it is a batch of blue pea flower dim sums or freshly grilled paneer tikka, everything is prepared fresh on the spot.

Hygiene is non-negotiable in my kitchen. My chefs wear proper uniforms, including gloves, and we use only mineral water for all water-based preparations. Whether it is a small house party or a large wedding gathering, I bring the same level of detail to the presentation and service.
