We approach institutional design by listening to the land. From managing irregular plots to maximizing natural light, our focus is on building functional, modern campuses that respect their local context.

This is the main facade of an upcoming school and degree college in North Karnataka. We designed a prominent, angled pergola portal to create a grand and inviting entrance, setting a welcoming tone for the entire campus. The design balances modern forms with natural materials to create an inspiring learning environment.

We transformed a challenging triangular plot by arranging classroom wings along the perimeter, creating a large, secure, and interactive open space for students. The design incorporates playful elements and greenery to foster a vibrant school community.

This evening render showcases our exploration of massing and light for a new educational institute in North Karnataka. The design features open balconies and varied facade treatments with wood and louvers, creating a dynamic play of light and shadow that gives the building a lightweight, modern feel.

A closer look at the entrance of the North Karnataka college, highlighting the interplay between the strong vertical pillars and the horizontal lines of the pergola. This detail demonstrates our focus on creating architecturally significant entryways that are both impressive and human-scaled.

This perspective of the KPS School in Badami shows how we integrated functional elements like parking with unique architectural features. The facade's circular opening and the use of earthy red textures are direct references to the local context of the Badami caves, making the building truly belong to its place.

The extensive use of glass across multiple floors is designed to flood the interior learning spaces with natural light, creating a transparent and connected atmosphere for students and faculty.

About Featured

We treat every institutional site as a unique spatial puzzle. In our work with school campuses, we prioritize user flow and natural light, ensuring that even challenging geometries like triangular plots become assets that create secure, central courtyards. This methodology ensures that every wing, corridor, and playground serves a specific purpose, rather than adhering to rigid, cookie-cutter planning.
