A Curated Look at Our Architectural Projects
We believe in designs that perform as well as they look. This gallery brings together a selection of our residential and institutional work, showcasing how we integrate natural light, sustainable materials, and functional layouts from the ground up.
This is the St. John's Medical College Hospital, a 100-bed facility I designed and managed. The image pairs the final building with its architectural section and elevation drawings, showing how a complex vision is translated into a tangible, functional structure.
A view into a modern living room where functionality and comfort are key. The design uses a warm, neutral palette, clean lines, and thoughtful lighting, including a recessed ceiling feature, to create an inviting and spacious family area.
This space embodies my core belief in using local, sustainable materials. The exposed wire-cut brick walls and ample natural light create a warm, rustic, and energy-efficient city home with a distinct vernacular touch.
A 3D visualization of an ongoing commercial project on Hosa Road, Bangalore. This render demonstrates my approach to modern commercial architecture, blending materials like wood-finish panels, stone, and glass for a dynamic facade.
The beauty of a bare shell. This black and white photograph captures the raw form of a concrete and brick staircase well, highlighting the interplay of light, shadow, and structure before the final finishes are applied.
A close-up of a terracotta jali screen on a staircase wall. This detail showcases my commitment to using traditional, sustainable materials like clay blocks to create functional art that provides ventilation and visual interest.
This collage shows the journey of the St. John's Hospital project, from the concrete frame under construction to the finished building. It represents my integrated design and build process, ensuring the initial vision is carried through to completion.
About this collection
We operate as an integrated design-and-build firm, meaning the architect overseeing the 3D renders is also the person on-site managing the civil construction. This eliminates the coordination gap between design intent and site reality, ensuring your project doesn't lose its vision during the transition from paper to brick.
Our process starts by viewing a site not just as a plot, but as an opportunity to balance light, air, and function. Whether we are building a 100-bed hospital in Kanakapura or a private residence in Indiranagar, our philosophy remains anchored in vernacular architecture. We prioritize the use of local materials like wire-cut bricks and terracotta to create spaces that are cooler, more sustainable, and inherently grounded in the local climate.
Why we focus on the raw structure
We often share progress photos because we value honesty in construction. Seeing the raw concrete and brickwork helps our clients understand the structure before finishes are applied. It is where the real craft happens.
Prioritizing natural light and ventilation
We treat windows and skylights as primary design elements, not afterthoughts. By optimizing these openings, we reduce dependency on artificial lighting and mechanical cooling. This makes the space feel alive and welcoming, regardless of the time of day.
Our 'less is more' approach
We stay away from excessive ornamentation. If a detail does not serve a structural or functional purpose, we reconsider it. This philosophy keeps our projects timeless rather than trendy, focusing on how a space feels and functions for the people who actually live or work in it.
