Landmark Architectural Designs and Modern Concepts
A selection of our most significant work, where we prioritize the flow of natural light, spatial functionality, and deep environmental integration.
This is our Mobius Home project in Bangalore. We designed the unique, futuristic facade as a conscious effort to conserve the meandering tree branches in the surrounding neighborhood, creating a paradox of form and nature.
An aerial view of a sprawling farmhouse we designed by the backwaters of Kabini. The architecture is planned for symmetrical elegance, integrating the residence, infinity pool, and extensive landscaping into a cohesive, luxurious estate.
The facade of a research center for Artificial Intelligence, featuring dynamic, three-dimensional window modules. These structures are not just aesthetic but also function as shading devices, optimizing natural light for the interior research spaces.
The central living area of a modern courtyard home, designed to be the heart of the residence. The double-height space, skylight, and glass walls create a seamless visual connection between floors and flood the interior with natural light.
We designed this business hotel near Hampi to reflect modern architectural elegance while honoring the region's tradition of hospitality. The night-time illumination highlights the building's structured facade and inviting ambiance.
A detail from a residential project in Mangalore, showcasing the interplay of light and structure. A carefully placed skylight casts dynamic shadows across the staircase, demonstrating our focus on how light moves through a space during the day.
A collage of the Kamala Evantha apartment building. This project showcases our approach to urban residential design, featuring dynamic balconies, a welcoming entrance, and thoughtfully designed common areas like the rooftop terrace.
About this collection
We believe architecture is not just about structure, but about how light interacts with volume throughout the day. In every project shown, from our research centers to residential villas, we analyze shadow mapping and daylight paths before drawing a single line, ensuring your space feels alive and naturally ventilated.
Our portfolio is grounded in the belief that true luxury is found in simplicity and intentional design. We do not believe in standard templates. Instead, we approach every site as a unique dialogue between the built form and its environment.
Our residential work, such as the Mobius Home in Bangalore, demonstrates our commitment to preserving nature. By designing the facade around existing trees rather than removing them, we created a structure that integrates with the neighborhood ecosystem. Similarly, our work on the business hotel near Hampi highlights our ability to translate regional hospitality traditions into modern, high-performance architecture that remains aesthetically memorable.
In our commercial and institutional projects, including the AI research center, we apply the same rigor. We utilize dynamic window modules that serve dual purposes: they function as shading devices to optimize interior light quality and act as defining aesthetic features. Whether we are planning a compact urban apartment or a sprawling farmhouse by the Kabini backwaters, our goal remains constant: creating an ocean of serenity where function and art coexist.
