A look at our design philosophy across industrial facilities, corporate campuses, and specialized artisan workspaces. We focus on integrating structural functionality with material integrity.

The loading bay of the Varna Paint Factory in Dobbespet, completed in 2017. This image highlights our approach to industrial architecture, where functionality is expressed through bold design. The prominent red structural steel frame contrasts with the exposed brickwork, creating a strong visual identity for a heavy-duty workspace.

An exterior view of the Torishima Pumps corporate campus in Hosakote. We designed the building with clean geometric lines, using textured concrete and a slatted pergola to create dynamic patterns of light and shadow. This approach demonstrates our focus on creating visually engaging facades in commercial architecture.

The central, multi-story atrium at Torishima Pumps. We designed this space to be the heart of the building, introducing natural elements with an indoor garden and a suspended art installation. This reflects our belief in biophilic design to enhance the workplace environment for employees.

The main facade of the Karigar Centre for Titan Jewellery in Hosur. This project showcases our commitment to using honest, contextual materials. The entire facade is clad in red sandstone, with asymmetrically placed windows that create a unique and sculptural presence, designed to inspire the artisans working within.

The front facade of the Komet India headquarters in Bengaluru, completed in 2007. This project demonstrates our capability in designing large-scale corporate structures. The design features an expansive glass curtain wall for transparency and a striking white structural frame that defines the building's modern character.

An evening view of a courtyard at the Torishima Pumps campus. Thoughtful architectural lighting enhances the landscape design and highlights the building's form after sunset. We believe that good design considers the building's ambiance and functionality around the clock.

A semi-open breakout space at the Karigar Centre in Hosur. Supported by simple columns, this area provides a naturally ventilated and shaded environment for employees to relax. The design prioritizes comfort and community, integrating functional spaces with the natural climate.

About Featured

When planning industrial zones, we prioritize material honesty and thermal performance over superficial aesthetics. Whether integrating VDF flooring for heavy machinery or designing naturally ventilated courtyards for artisan workshops, our focus remains on creating spaces that function efficiently while responding to the local climate.
