Training Programs
- Junior Foundation Batch: Ideal for beginners starting their journey. We focus on grip correction, stance setup, and basic swing mechanics across three days a week. We keep group sizes small (1:8 ratio) to ensure every student gets correction.
- Advanced Competitive Squad: Designed for those ready to play tournaments. This includes intensive 90-120 minute sessions covering topspin forehands, slice backhands, and match simulations. We integrate HIIT conditioning to ensure you can outlast your opponent in the third set.
- Adult Weekend Batch: Perfect for those balancing work and fitness. These sessions prioritize continuous rallying, cardio drills, and gameplay consistency.
Why Train With Us?
We operate on outdoor hard courts (Concrete/Acrylic). While we provide pressureless training balls and essential aids, we ask students to bring their own racquets and non-marking sports shoes. Our sessions are high-energy—you will hear us calling out 'Speed se, chalo!' because tennis is won with quick feet and a sharp mind.
