You will not just stand around hitting balls here. Our sessions on the court look exactly like our training videos, with ladder drills and cone work designed to force you to think fast and move faster. I make sure you hear the call 'speed se' during every session, because tennis is not just about a good serve. It is about having the footwork to actually reach the ball, and we drill that until it becomes second nature.
Great tennis is built on a strong foundation. While many academies focus only on hitting, we believe that your legs are your best equipment. That is why our Core Skills & Conditioning program is heavily focused on fitness, agility, and mental preparation alongside standard stroke production.
Our training approach in Paschim Vihar is straightforward. We start with grip mechanics, stance setup, and basic swing fundamentals for beginners. As you progress, we introduce advanced production techniques, such as topspin foreheads and slice backhands, coupled with match simulation exercises. The conditioning part of our curriculum includes HIIT, ladder drills, and stair running to build the stamina required for a full match.
We structure our classes to fit your goals. Our Junior Foundation batches run three days a week with a focus on technique, while our Advanced Competitive Squad involves five to six days of high-intensity training. Even our weekend batches for adults are designed for consistent rallying and cardio, rather than just recreational play.
