Girls' Tennis Program

We provide a focused and supportive environment where girls can develop their tennis skills, build physical strength, and grow their confidence. Our coaching is tailored to help young female athletes excel, whether they are picking up a racquet for the first time or training for competitive play.

Core Skills & Conditioning

Great tennis is built on a strong foundation of fundamentals and physical fitness. We dedicate sessions to perfecting serves, volleys, and groundstrokes, and integrate rigorous physical training to improve footwork, speed, and on-court endurance.

Our Academy Environment

While you are here for tennis, you will be part of the larger, energetic community of Delhi Sports Academy. We train athletes across multiple sports, creating a dynamic and motivating atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to grow and succeed together.
