Who Should Join?
- Never picked up a racquet? You’re welcome here.
- Play sometimes but want to fix your technique or get fitter? This is for you.
- Kids, adults, anyone who wants to learn in a structured way.
How We Coach
We don’t skip steps. Our process is simple:
- First, we nail down the proper badminton grip technique and movement.
- Then, lots of beginner badminton drills - you’ll repeat till your hands and feet just know what to do.
- Finally, you hit the court for real play. Mistakes happen, but you’ll learn fast.
What You’ll Actually Learn
- How to hold and control the racquet (grip changing is a whole thing).
- Footwork that lets you move like a pro. Be ready for shouts of “Chalo chalo, aage peeche!” from the coaches.
- Strokes: front, back, drives, side cuts, punch shots. When you get it right, expect a “Bahut badhiya!” from us.
- Shot accuracy through focused drills.
Fitness Is Included
We mix fitness into every session - planks, jumps, group warm-ups. If you want, we can do a fitness check and make a plan just for you.
The Vibe
Sessions are serious but not stiff. You’ll sweat, laugh, and improve alongside others. We push you, but we make sure you enjoy the game too.

Badminton Coaching for All Levels - We train beginners, pros, and everyone in between. Classes for fun, competition, and serious athletes.
Advanced Badminton Drills - Multi-shuttle training, wall practice, rallies, defense drills – we break down every skill and build it up.
Personalized Fitness Assessment - We do anatomical fitness checks to tailor training plans for each player’s strengths and weaknesses.
Residential Badminton Academy - Players can stay in our hostel, train daily, recover, and focus only on the game. All-in, all out.
