Use soft aerial hammocks to deepen your stretches, decompress your spine, and explore yoga poses that feel impossible on the ground.

See how our instructor provides gentle adjustments during a Vayu Yoga class. This hands-on guidance helps students find proper alignment and get the most out of each pose.

A student executes a deep backbend, fully supported by the Vayu hammock. This allows for greater spinal extension and flexibility than on the mat.

The joy of hanging upside down! This simple inversion in the hammock is great for decompressing the spine and bringing fresh blood flow to the brain.

A student gracefully holds an inverted pose during a Vayu Yoga class. The hammock provides support, allowing for longer holds and deeper stretches.

Our instructor demonstrates an advanced inverted binding pose, showing the level of body control and flexibility that can be achieved with consistent practice.

The pure happiness of flying! A student smiles as she hangs in an open, inverted pose, supported by the aerial hammock.

An instructor demonstrates an open-arm inversion, a wonderful pose for opening the chest and shoulders while enjoying the benefits of being upside down.

A Vayu Yoga class begins with synchronized stretches on the mat, led by our instructor, to prepare the body and mind for the aerial practice ahead.

Students follow the instructor in a deep side-body stretch on the floor, an essential part of warming up for our aerial yoga sessions.

About Vayu Yoga: Flexibility & Flow

In our sessions, you will typically rotate with two other students per hammock. This gives you essential recovery time between sets and allows you to observe proper technique from a distance, making the practice much more sustainable than continuous effort.

At Delhi Rock, we view Vayu Yoga as a tool for both strength and recovery. Using the hammock allows you to take weight off your joints, which is why it is so effective for spinal decompression and deep stretching. You can safely ease into inversions that might feel daunting on a standard yoga mat.

Our studio is located within the Siri Fort Indoor Stadium. The space is equipped with professional rigging and high ceilings, providing the safety and room needed for aerial practice. We place thick crash mats under every rigging point, so you can train with confidence.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find a spot here. We focus on foundational movements first, ensuring everyone understands how to wrap, climb, and hang safely before moving to complex transitions.

Practical details for your visit:

  • Bring your own water and a towel, as we do not provide these.
  • Wear comfortable, secure clothing that stays in place while you are upside down.
  • Classes generally run on weekday evenings and weekend mornings, but these times can shift. Check the current schedule before heading over.

Our space is open by design. You will often see climbers and calisthenics enthusiasts training in the same facility, which adds to the energetic, supportive vibe of the studio.
