Forget air-conditioned gyms and fancy machines. At my Baprola academy, we build raw stamina and explosive strength using tractor tires, ropes, and old-school grit.

Rope climbing is a fantastic old-school workout for building the kind of upper body and grip strength a boxer needs. It’s tough, but the results are worth it.

Stamina is key in boxing. We do a lot of cardio work, including running and agility drills like these, to make sure you can stay light on your feet and maintain your energy through every round.

About Real Strength & Conditioning

You won't find treadmills here. Our sessions are built around functional strength—flipping tractor tires, rope climbing, and high-intensity agility drills that prepare your body for the ring.
