Real Strength & Conditioning Boxing Training
Forget air-conditioned gyms and fancy machines. At my Baprola academy, we build raw stamina and explosive strength using tractor tires, ropes, and old-school grit.
Rope climbing is a fantastic old-school workout for building the kind of upper body and grip strength a boxer needs. It’s tough, but the results are worth it.
Stamina is key in boxing. We do a lot of cardio work, including running and agility drills like these, to make sure you can stay light on your feet and maintain your energy through every round.
About Real Strength & Conditioning
You won't find treadmills here. Our sessions are built around functional strength—flipping tractor tires, rope climbing, and high-intensity agility drills that prepare your body for the ring. If you are looking for a posh gym, this isn't it. If you want to train until you are drenched in sweat and hitting your personal best, you are in the right place.
Our Approach to Boxing Fitness
We follow an 'Akhada' style approach because it works. Our training goes beyond just punching bags. We focus on total body conditioning:
- Functional Strength: We use heavy tractor tires for flips and thick ropes for climbing. This builds the grip and core strength that modern gym machines simply cannot replicate.
- Stamina Training: Boxing is 90% cardio and 10% skill. We run, perform burpees, and engage in high-repetition bodyweight circuits to ensure you can maintain intensity through every round.
- The Environment: Our Baprola facility is a semi-outdoor, tin-roofed shed. It is hot, honest, and filled with people who are here to work. There is no air conditioning to hide behind—just natural ventilation and serious training.
Why Train With Us?
This isn't just for competitive boxers. It is for anyone in Delhi who wants to get ring-fit. Whether you are a student or a working professional, the intensity is the same. We train in groups, meaning you have a team pushing you when you feel like quitting. I am personally on the floor for every session, correcting your form and yelling 'thoda aur' (a little more) until you finish the set. If you are ready to stop making excuses, come join the academy.
