I do not believe in fancy gyms, just hard work. Here, we focus on raw technique, proper stance, and real boxing conditioning to get you competition ready.
I provide direct, one-on-one feedback to all my students. In this clip, I am teaching a beginner the correct way to hold her guard and block a punch, which is a crucial defensive skill.
Group drills are a big part of our routine. This video shows a mixed group of students practicing their shadow boxing, which helps improve muscle memory, footwork, and punching technique without a target.
Our training space is equipped for all kinds of boxing drills. This video shows our line of heavy bags for power punching practice and students working on conditioning exercises like burpees on the mats.
About Hands-On Technique & Drills
When you train here, expect me to personally correct your stance and footwork. I do not let anyone get away with sloppy punches because good form is not just about looking like a pro, it is the only way to avoid injury and build real power.
My Approach to Boxing
Boxing is about discipline, and my academy in Baprola is built on that. We do not use fancy machines here. Instead, you will find tractor tires for flipping, heavy ropes for climbing, and an elevated ring where you will learn the real deal.
What You Will Learn
- Fundamentals: We start with the basics. You will master your stance, learn how to throw a proper punch, and fix your footwork before we add any speed.
- Drills: My training involves extensive shadow boxing to build muscle memory, paired with pad work where I personally guide your combos and defensive moves.
- Conditioning: We incorporate old-school strength training. Expect burpees, push-ups, and agility drills that push your endurance to the limit. If you feel like quitting, that is when I tell you: 'Thoda aur, thoda aur!'
