This dreamy custom cake is one of my favorites, featuring delicate wafer paper ruffles and a cascade of handmade sugar flowers in soft pastel shades. It’s a perfect example of how I can turn a simple idea into an elegant centerpiece for a wedding or engagement.

It was an absolute honor to create this multi-tiered floral engagement cake for Shloka and Akash Ambani. I am so grateful for the trust the Ambani family has placed in me for over 10 years to be a part of their most special celebrations.

For the Master Blaster, Sachin Tendulkar, I designed this special cricket themed birthday cake. It features a black and grey marbled tier, edible gold leaf, and a sculpted sugar cricket bat and wickets, making it a truly personal and celebratory piece.

A close up of my popular Chocolate Praline Crunch cake. You can see the layers of rich chocolate sponge, smooth mousse, and the satisfying crunch of caramelized nuts. It’s a reminder that even a single slice can be a celebration.

This two-tier cake is from my Ruffle Paper Collection, featuring vibrant orange wafer paper ruffles that look like fabric. I finished it with delicate white sugar flowers and touches of edible gold leaf for a modern, artistic look.

This is our Fresh Strawberry Biscoff Cheesecake, one of our most loved creations. I pair creamy cheesecake and fresh, juicy strawberries with the wonderful crunch of a Biscoff biscuit base. A slice of this is pure happiness.

This is how we prepare my Mango Biscoff Cheesecake, with a beautiful rose made from fresh Alphonso mango slices. I love how the sweetness of the mango works with the spiced Biscoff flavour. It’s a seasonal favourite for a reason.

This picture says it all. Seeing the pure, simple joy that a cake can bring to a celebration is my greatest reward. It’s moments like these that I cherish the most.

Hi, I’m Bunty Mahajan (yep, Bunty is a she, long story!). My real name’s Anita, but Bunty just stuck - even a family fine jar couldn’t change it. Deliciae’s not just a business for me, it’s my heart. Watching folks in Mumbai and now Bangalore celebrate with my cakes, it’s the best feeling. I try to keep things real, honest and fun. Thanks for cheering me on, truly.
