Festive Cakes for Every Celebration

I don't believe in generic festival sweets. For Diwali, I prefer blending traditional Indian flavors like rose and pistachio into light, airy Tres Leches cakes, and for Christmas, I source the first batch of fresh, tart strawberries to make my Yule logs and holiday cheesecakes. It is not just dessert, it is the centerpiece that gets people talking at your table.

My Approach to Festive Flavors

Festivals are when I get to have the most fun in the kitchen. I look at every holiday as a reason to experiment with flavors that we all love but rarely see in cake form.

Diwali Fusion For the festival of lights, I move away from the usual dry sweets. Instead, I create fusion cakes like Rose Pistachio Tres Leches or Kesar Pista Tres Leches. These are light, milky, and carry that familiar, comforting scent of saffron and cardamom, making them perfect for gifting or serving after a heavy meal.

Christmas & New Year When December rolls around, it is all about strawberries. I wait for the harvest to start my Christmas line. My Yule logs are a classic—rich chocolate, fresh strawberries, and dusted with powdered sugar to look like snow. For New Year's, I focus on the crowd-pleasers: the Traditional Chocolate Strawberry cake and my Biscoff Strawberry Cheesecake.

Planning Your Order Since everything I bake is fresh, I do not keep massive stocks sitting in a fridge.

• Ordering: Whether it is Raksha Bandhan or a holiday surprise, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. It helps me ensure the fruits are fresh and the sponges are perfectly baked.
• Delivery: I deliver across Mumbai and Bengaluru. If you are planning a large family gathering or a festive party, let me know in advance so I can make sure your cake is prioritized.
• Customization: If you need eggless options or want to avoid added sugar for specific family members, just ask. I have plenty of recipes that cater to these needs without sacrificing any flavor.
