About Elegant Floral & Buttercream Art
Because I use pure dairy cream and real butter, my buttercream behaves differently than the standard non-dairy mixes you find elsewhere. It does not handle Mumbai humidity as aggressively, so if you are planning an outdoor event, please let me know. I can adjust the ratio or provide cooling tips to ensure the design stays perfect while maintaining that authentic, clean taste.
My floral and textured buttercream designs are where I get to combine precise piping technique with the best ingredients. When you choose a floral theme, you are getting hand-piped details and carefully crafted sugar flowers rather than mass-produced toppers.
I believe baking is a science, and that starts with the base. There is no 'andaze' or guessing here. Every sponge is baked from scratch in my Mulund kitchen without a drop of pre-mix or artificial stabiliser. This means the texture is naturally soft and the flavour is deep. When we talk about buttercream, I am strictly against vegetable fats and non-dairy whippables. I stick to real butter and dairy cream because that is what makes a cake taste like a cake.
