I sketch out how we can bring that to life on a cake. For 3D sculpted cakes, I hand carve the sponge to mimic shapes like handbags, animals, or sports equipment.

This requires a sturdy base like chocolate or dense vanilla because lighter mousse fillings simply cannot hold the weight of complex structures. We use a high ganache to sponge ratio to ensure the cake stays upright during your celebration. If you have dietary preferences, please let me know. I offer eggless and no added sugar options for many of our designs, so everyone at the party can have a slice.
