I was thrilled to design this six-tier, 30 kg anniversary cake for Mr. and Mrs. Ambani, inspired by their Vantara game reserve. The design features hand sculpted gold animals, elegant textures like leopard and zebra prints, and a touch of Mrs. Ambani's favorite pink, all coming together to create a glamorous and personal masterpiece.

I was so happy to be a part of Shloka and Akash Ambani's engagement celebration with this grand floral cake. It was displayed on a beautiful gold cart, adorned with countless handmade sugar flowers in shades of pink and peach.

Here I am, adding the final touches to a four-tier mehendi cake. The design features a vibrant red and orange ombre effect, adorned with intricate gold detailing and cascading red sugar peonies to match the festive occasion.

This was the first celebrity wedding cake I ever made, for Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover. It was a beautiful pearl white cake with a lace effect, and because they called it their "Monkey Wedding," we created custom monkey bride and groom toppers.

I am particularly known for my wafer paper ruffle collection, which gives a delicate, fabric-like movement to the cake, and my hand-sculpted sugar flowers, which I dust by hand to mimic real botanicals. If you want something truly unique, we can incorporate hand-painted gold leaf, edible textures, or even custom toppers that represent your hobbies or pets.
Since these cakes are often complex, I provide a tasting box for orders over 5kg so you can be confident about the flavor before the big day. Every cake is delivered in a temperature-controlled vehicle with on-site assembly, so you never have to worry about the logistics.
