This dreamy custom cake is one of my favorites, featuring delicate wafer paper ruffles and a cascade of handmade sugar flowers in soft pastel shades. It’s a perfect example of how I can turn a simple idea into an elegant centerpiece for a wedding or engagement.

It was an absolute honor to create this multi-tiered floral engagement cake for Shloka and Akash Ambani. I am so grateful for the trust the Ambani family has placed in me for over 10 years to be a part of their most special celebrations.

For the Master Blaster, Sachin Tendulkar, I designed this special cricket themed birthday cake. It features a black and grey marbled tier, edible gold leaf, and a sculpted sugar cricket bat and wickets, making it a truly personal and celebratory piece.

This two-tier cake is from my Ruffle Paper Collection, featuring vibrant orange wafer paper ruffles that look like fabric. I finished it with delicate white sugar flowers and touches of edible gold leaf for a modern, artistic look.
