About Edible Art & Floral Details
My floral designs use real, sanitized blooms and hand-piped buttercream textures, so no two cakes are exactly alike. Because I use a soft buttercream base to achieve that clean, minimalist finish, please keep your cake refrigerated until you are ready to serve to ensure it looks perfect for your photos.
I believe in less fuss, but more style. When you look at my edible art collection, you are seeing a mix of techniques like palette-knife painting for a 3D floral effect, and precision piping for that vintage Lambeth look.
Every element has a purpose. That fondant bow on the side? Hand-sculpted to drape just like real fabric. The black-base cake with purple florals? That uses a rich, smooth buttercream canvas to make the colors pop.
If you have a Pinterest board full of inspiration, that is where we start. I specialize in recreating those specific vibes, whether you want an elegant, single-tier cake with fresh roses for an intimate dinner or a multi-layered showstopper for a roka. Since everything is made fresh, I need 2 to 3 days to source the right flowers and perfect the piping. It is not just about baking a cake. It is about creating a moment that looks as good as it tastes.
