We do not believe in mass production. When you order your morning upma or stuffed paranthas, that is exactly when the tadka is prepared in our kitchen. Because this is a home kitchen, we manage fresh ingredients daily. This means if you need adjustments—like less oil in your omelette or specific spice levels for your poha—just tell us when you book, and we will make it happen.
