Sparring isn't a brawl—it's a conversation. On our mats, we leave the ego at the door and trade technique under pressure to build real combat readiness.

Pure striking focus in this round. Vedant applies pressure while Mohit works on sharp counter defense. This is how we push each other to get better, one exchange at a time.

Thursday sparring sessions are about testing the week's lessons. Here, fighters work on controlling distance and setting up combinations in a live-drill scenario. Every round is a chance to level up.

The grind doesn't stop. This sparring session focuses on transitioning from striking to grappling, a critical skill for MMA. You can see the fatigue, but the work continues.

A look at our pro team's sparring. The pace is high and the exchanges are sharp. This is where we refine timing, test cardio, and prepare for the intensity of a real fight.

A full-contact sparring session in progress. Fighters are equipped with shin guards and gloves, allowing them to practice kicks and punches with intensity while maintaining safety. Notice the focus on footwork and head movement.

Another angle from our sparring day. Here you can see multiple pairs working simultaneously, creating a high energy environment. Each fighter is focused on their own "conversation" with their partner.

The coach's voice cuts through the action, giving real time feedback. "Footwork, footwork, footwork." We emphasize constant movement and maintaining balance, even when under pressure.

This sequence shows a fighter setting up a takedown after a striking exchange. Sparring here is not just about trading blows; it is about seamlessly blending different martial arts disciplines.

A technical exchange between two of our top fighters, Anshul Jubli and Nilesh Choudhary. They are testing each other's defenses, looking for openings, and demonstrating high-level fight IQ.

A glimpse into our pro MMA team's training. The session includes shadow boxing to warm up, heavy bag work for power, and controlled sparring to integrate techniques.

About Sparring: The Battlefield

You won’t jump into a chaotic fight here. Our sparring sessions are strictly controlled—we use proper gear and constant coach supervision to ensure you’re learning, not just trading blows. If you are new to the mat, we start with flow drills until you understand distance, timing, and how to protect yourself.
