A glimpse into our holistic journey. From the science of vibrational healing to our supportive teacher community, this is where you can begin your path.

This is the magic of cymatics, where you can literally see the vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl creating sacred geometric patterns in water. It’s a beautiful demonstration of how sound organizes matter and brings harmony, which is the core principle we explore in my sound healing courses.

A moment of deep relaxation during a large group sound bath at a wellness retreat. My training equips you to hold space and facilitate these powerful healing experiences for groups of any size, creating a collective field of peace and tranquility.

Here you can see a one-on-one sound healing session in progress, where Tibetan bowls are placed directly on the body. This technique provides a deep vibrational massage, helping to release tension and balance the body's energy centers, a key skill you will learn in my teacher training.

I am deeply grateful for such heartfelt words from my students. This testimonial captures the essence of the journey we take together, a calling to find the right guide for your path in sound meditation. It is my honor to hold this space for you.

In this clip, I explain the science behind why sound meditation is so effective. Understanding how sound frequencies interact with our biology, from our hearing to the water in our cells, is a fundamental part of my curriculum, blending ancient wisdom with modern understanding.

Celebrating our newest certified sound meditation teachers. This moment represents the culmination of their dedicated learning and the beginning of their journey to share the gift of sound healing with the world. You become part of a supportive global community.

Finding stillness and connecting with the primordial sounds of nature in the Himalayas. My practice is deeply rooted in the yogic tradition of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, which I share with you to deepen your own connection to self and the universe.

About this collection

Many believe sound healing is simply playing instruments, but it is actually a precise practice of using frequency to influence the nervous system. When I teach, we focus on the 'why'—how sound travels through the body's water, impacts the vagus nerve, and creates specific brainwave entrainment. This isn't just about learning a technique; it is about understanding how to facilitate a shift in another person's state of mind.

Our Approach to Sound Healing

My practice blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic science. In our teacher training, you will not just learn to play Tibetan singing bowls; you will understand the fundamentals of Nada Yoga, the chakra system, and how to design soundscapes that cater to specific physical or emotional needs. We cover:

  • Instrument Mastery: Hands-on training with Tibetan metal bowls, crystal quartz bowls, gongs, handpans, and tuning forks.
  • Session Design: How to structure 1-on-1 private therapies versus group sound baths.
  • The Science: Brainwave entrainment and the physiology of sound vibration.

Certification & Community

I see the certificate as a starting point, not the finish line. Our Level 1 and Level 2 courses at the New Tippasandra shala are designed for intimate groups of 4-10 students, ensuring you get direct mentorship. Once you complete your training, you join a lifelong alumni network where we share ideas, discuss case studies, and support each other's growth as practitioners.

Who This Is For

You do not need to be a musician to start. Whether you are a yoga teacher looking to add sound to your classes, a therapist wanting to offer deep relaxation, or someone on a personal journey of discovery, this path is open. We provide all the props, manuals, and instruments needed for your training—you only need to bring your presence and willingness to learn.
