Smash and conquer. Ball smashes are excellent for conditioning. They provide a full-body workout, strengthening your shoulders, arms, and core while building explosive power.

About Drills & Conditioning: Building the Engine

Our conditioning is not just generic cardio. We mix fight-specific drills with your daily bag work so you are not just breathing heavy, you are hitting with purpose. When you are at our Andheri gym, expect the coaches to keep the pressure on until the round ends.

Building a fighter’s engine takes more than just running laps. At Dassault MMA, our conditioning sessions are designed to push you past that mental wall where you want to quit. We integrate functional strength with explosive movements because fighting is about power delivery, not just raw stamina.

We use a mix of specific methodologies:

  • Padwork and Bagwork: This is where you learn to manage your pacing while maintaining technical accuracy. Our coaches do not let you get lazy with your form just because you are tired.
  • Explosive Conditioning: Ball smashes, tire drills, and interval circuits. We build the shoulders and core to support your striking power.
  • Fight Simulation: You will be gassed out and still asked to throw combinations. That is the point. We train you to operate with a high heart rate so you remain calm in a real sparring or fight scenario.

Whether you are here for the 12-session standard plan or full unlimited access, the intensity remains the same. We do not have room for slackers, but if you show up ready to work, we provide the environment, the equipment like heavy bags and speed balls, and the tough love you need to evolve.
