People walk in thinking boxing is just hitting bags. It is not. Real boxing is about management. It is managing distance, energy, and your reaction under fire. Our classes in Andheri East prioritize this.
The Foundation
We do not skip steps. You spend weeks on the shuffle and pivot before you worry about power. If your feet are wrong, your punch is useless. We use shoulder touch drills to force you to keep your guard tight and your mind sharp. It is repetitive, and it is exactly what you need to stop leaking points in a spar.
The Atmosphere
Expect to sweat. Expect to be corrected. When we say 'चल चल चल' (Go, go, go!), we mean it. This is a warehouse gym, not a fitness studio. The air-conditioning keeps the heat stroke away, but the intensity remains. We train using USI and Xtremex equipment because gear must be durable to survive our volume.
