Movement, Mobility & Mindset Training
I don't just count reps. I coach you to move better, stand taller, and find your own natural rhythm—no matter your age or fitness level.
Movement connects us to nature. Here I am preparing for a workshop under the pipal tree, using a resistance band for some outdoor mobility work. Happiness doesn't need a roof.
Stretching is one of the most important parts of your workout. I often use the equipment around me, like this spin bike, to find new ways to open up the body and improve flexibility.
Finding balance. To me, cycling is running, and running is cycling. This drill on the spin bike, using dumbbells, challenges your stability and reinforces the idea that all movement is connected.
About Movement, Mobility & Mindset
If you see me using a spin bike in these photos, I’m not just spinning. I’m using it as a prop for deep, rhythmic mobility work. We target those stiff hips and shoulders, coaching your body to find a new, pain-free range of motion without the usual heavy load. It is about feeling where you are tight and gently coaxing your muscles to open up, rather than forcing them through standard gym movements.
I believe movement should be about longevity, not just exhaustion. Whether you are dealing with a recurring sports injury or just want to fix your posture, my approach centers on spinal articulation and functional alignment. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programming. We look at how you breathe, how you squat, and how your joints track.
My sessions often happen outdoors at Airlines Hotel or inside at Yoh Fitness in Richards Town, depending on what we are trying to achieve. If you are a cricketer, runner, or just someone tired of chronic back pain, we will use a mix of Pilates-based stability drills and my 'Grinding' method to get you moving again. We focus on:
- Spinal Stability: Using core drills to build a resilient midsection.
- Dynamic Stretching: Moving through your full range of motion to keep joints lubricated.
- Mind-Body Connection: Learning how to control your body’s tension and release.
It is about building a body that lasts, not just one that looks good for a season. Let's get you moving the way you were meant to.
