Strength is useless without mobility and a disciplined mind. This is my 'riyaaz' (practice), focusing on flexibility, joint health, and the mental stillness required to perform.

All disciplines of physical activity must be respected. I'm not a yoga coach, but I understand its importance for pain management, mobility, and controlled breathing, which translates directly to my lifting.

This is the quick 60 second warm up I do before every single workout. It primes the spine and all major joints, preparing the body for the work to come.

Training isn't confined to four walls. This warm up using a bamboo stick works the wrists, elbows, shoulders, and core, while also training coordination and reaction time.

This is your reminder to not neglect flexibility and mobility. Stay bendy, stay healthy. I aim for at least two 10 to 15 minute stretching sessions per week.

Cossack squats are a fantastic tool for hip mobility and single leg strength. It's a movement that challenges your flexibility and control in a functional way.

Sometimes the most important work is done outside, in the sun. A deep squat stretch is not just for the hips; it's a moment of mindfulness and meditation.

Find your purpose and anchor yourself to it. No one is coming to save you. Strengthen your mind and body so you can be there for your family. Everything else is just noise.

This shit is hard, but rewarding. The iron never lies. It teaches you about discipline, resilience, and the value of showing up.

The hoodie says it all. I'm not here to talk. I'm here to WORK. Do what you gotta do.

Life gets simpler when you turn your back on the noise and negativity. Focus on your training, your purpose, and your own path.

About Mobility, Movement & Mindset

Forget the hype about quick fixes. True strength requires a body that moves well and a mind that stays focused. My approach to mobility is 'riyaaz'—a daily, disciplined practice that primes your joints and ensures you train with FULL CONTROL. If you ignore how you move, you're just waiting for an injury.
